Cancellation by us

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include inaccuracies or errors in the product or the pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We will contact you if your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after you have made the payment, the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made after deducting the payment gateway charges unless the cancellation was necessitated because of errors or inaccuracies on this website. In such a situation, we will refund your full amount. 

Return of goods

Before you decide to return any of our products, please understand how they are made. All of them are handcrafted by a team of skilled artists and designers in India. Therefore, each is unique and different from the other. Hence, slight changes in design, size, or color are not considered defects. 

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged. The chances of your receiving a defective or damaged product are extremely rare as we maintain the strictest checks and controls at each step of the way. 

Compensation for products damaged during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the courier company and the insurance company insuring the shipment.

Requirements for products to be returned: 

• You need to send us the unboxing video. 
• The tags on the product should be intact.
• The product should be unused.
• The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

To return an order, send us an email at benganicreates@gmail.com with your order number, the unboxing video, the image of the defective areas of the product, and a brief write-up about the problem within 3 days from the date of receiving the order. If your request is accepted, you will get a full refund.

In case the order consists of multiple items and not all items are being returned, any bulk purchase discounts availed will be reduced pro rata to whatever is applicable on the net order value after return.

The pick-up address of the products to be returned has to be the same as the original shipping address. In case our logistics partner is not able to cover the pick-up location, the customer shall return the package by "India Post", and share a scanned copy of the receipt via email and/or Whatsapp. "Dear You" shall refund shipping charges as per the "India Post" receipt.

Any request for exchange shall be fulfilled subject to the availability of the replacement product in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned products.

The exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item(s) and not on MRP.

 

Final and binding decision on cancellation and returns

Any decision taken by “WINDOW SEAT JEWELERRY AND HANDICRAFTS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED” with respect to the cancellation, return, or exchange of an order shall be final and binding on you. You hereby agree to not dispute the decision made by us and accept the decision regarding such cancellation.
