Cost of shipping
For orders under 500 g, we have a flat shipping rate of ₹99. For orders heavier than that, the shipping rates vary depending upon the courier’s weight and your PIN code. Our shipping rates are among the most competitive in the market.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
After you've made the payment, you will receive an auto-generated email with details of all the items shipped along with the tracking information. Alternatively, you can also find the tracking information in the "My Account" section. This may take up to 48 hours.
How many days does it take to ship the item?
The processing time is different for each item. Ready products are usually dispatched within 48 hours. For customized and made-to-order products, the time varies but we ensure that your order is sent out within 14 business days. For bulk orders, it may take longer.

Note: Post dispatch, the delivery takes between 4 to 10 business days.
Do you ship items globally?
Currently, we ship only across India. We will start international shipping soon. Should you have a query/request, you can email us at benganicreates@gmail.com.
How safe is my order during transit?
To ensure that your order reaches you safely, we partner only with trusted courier services such as Delhivery and IndiaPost. All our shipments are insured. In case your courier is lost in transit due to some unforeseen circumstances, we will replace it or refund the amount. Do write to us at benganicreates@gmail.com and we will ensure that you have a hassle-free shopping experience.
My order has been shipped but I have not received the tracking details yet
As soon as the item is shipped from our end, an email with tracking details/information gets automatically triggered. In a rare scenario, it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking details to reflect.
How can I get the tracking information?
Post dispatch, you will receive an auto-generated email with details of all the item(s) shipped along with the tracking information.
Why am I unable to track my order?
The tracking number gets generated as soon as an item is marked shipped from our end. However, the courier website may take up to 2 hours to update the tracking information.
My order has been shipped, but it has not been delivered yet
After dispatch, an order usually takes between 7 to 10 business days to get delivered. In rare instances, you might experience a delay because of clearance at the origin or the destination. We proactively keep track of such deviations and initiate a follow-up with our courier partner to ensure timely delivery.
Can the delivery be rescheduled if I am unable to collect my order?
We do not accept delivery rescheduling requests.
I want a part of my order to be shipped to two or more locations in India. Is it possible?
Due to system limitations, we cannot ship items from one order to two different shipping addresses. If you need delivery at two or more locations, we request you place the orders separately.
I want to change the shipping address of the order as I am relocating to a different location.
You can change your shipping address before making the payment.
Will I get a call before delivery?
This may not always be the case. It depends on the courier company servicing your delivery. You can track the expected delivery date and time through the tracking details provided to you.
